Fast NovaStar delivery in Europe: in-stock orders ship in about 3 hours

In LED screen work, the deadline doesn't move. The show opens, the install is booked, the rental goes out on Friday. When a sending card fails or a project needs one more processor, what matters is not just whether a product is in stock, but how fast it actually leaves the warehouse.

So we looked at our own numbers.

How fast we ship

We went through every order from the last 12 months and measured the time from when the order was placed to when it shipped, with weekends excluded.

For orders where everything was in stock, the median time from order to shipped was about 3 hours.

In other words, half of all in-stock orders were on their way within about 3 hours of being placed. An order placed in the morning is typically shipped the same afternoon.

Our delivery promise

• Order by 14:00 CET and in-stock items ship the same business day.
• UPS Express delivers in 1–2 days across the EU.
• Shipped from Sweden, so EU customers pay no import duties and get no surprise customs fees on delivery.

What about items that aren't in stock?

Sometimes a product needs to be ordered in from the manufacturer first. Those orders naturally take longer, typically around five business days before they ship. If you're unsure whether something is in stock, contact us and we'll give you a realistic date.

Pixelhue products such as the P20 and U5 Mini are sold on quote. Send us a request and we'll confirm price, availability and delivery time.

Why it matters

• Rental and staging: replace a failed sending card or controller before the next job, not after.
• Fixed installations: keep the project on schedule instead of waiting on one missing part.
• Integrators: quote shorter lead times to your own customers with confidence.

Figures are based on Pixel Pitchers' own order data from the last 12 months. Weekends are excluded from the time calculation. Median means half of in-stock orders shipped faster than this and half slower.
